On 7th September 2008 Kit Dickson from KPMG will be embarking on a six week expedition to climb Cho Oyu, which at 8201 metres is the worlds sixth highest peak.

Cho Oyu means ’Goddess of Turquoise’ and is sitiuated on the Nepal/Tibet border only 70km from Everest. Whilst it is a life long ambition to ascend the summit of one of the worlds highest peaks and experience the ultimate challenge of climbing in the ‘death zone’ Kit intends to raise signifcant funds as part of KPMG’S involvement with St Ann's Hospice as their chosen Charity of the Year.
